Freshly harvested tomatoes brought in for the process. Washed, aligned, cut into halves, roasted for up to 12 hours, chopped and then selected, freeze to fill a sandwich or a pizza. Pick 4-5 pieces for a portion to add an extra flavor of smoked tomatoes.
